heys. been 19 daes since i last walk? gosh. tts long. im currently on mc due to my carelessness. already injured right knee dislocated once again............. yea. lk AGAIN. & tis time its pretty serious, cant straighten my knee nor walk ever since 15 jul? my knee's still pretty swollen. medication alr drying up. haha. been bored n restless ever since & seriously i rather be back to work, be ard w my funny idiotic colleagues. hmms.

juz read gerald's blog n readin the entry since he enlisted. kinda brings mi back to the daes in tekong. feelin lonely full of tots n all sorts of nonsense. haha. but tings will gt better =) had so much fun during my tekong daes w my platoon mates, bein scolded lk shit, panic lk ants & havin fun lk theres no tml. been a yr since i enlisted, guess its time to meet up agn since i last saw them in sept. but tks to FB, i gt to see regular updates from them.

anw, i still haf 54 days to D-day! whaha. hmms. life's been normal so far *other than the full-of-errors day 23 jun* colleagues were saein hw much rounder i gt ever since i entered my unit.. sianz* haf to find a wae to settle tis.. really. guess its all in my mind. keep findin excuses for myself n has no one elses to blame =s

my unit has been pretty okie i guess.. theres def some group of pple we hate n love so lets juz nt sae 'if these irri pple arent here, life'd be alot better etc etc' coz if they arent here hw would u noe tt ya other frens' so nice to u, right? well at least tts hw i tink =) there would be alot of promotions happenin on 1st of july- my CO'd be LTC!!! my CWO'd be MWO!!! & alot alot more.. haha but the main ting's abt the change in ranking system nt too sure myself but tis's the talkin pt within my unit =) juz hope the new rankin system would be even better than tis current one! =)

haha. went physio juz now. n its the 2nd time im seein tis theraphist. n shes seriously useless. usually gg for physio meanin tt u gt exercise AT THERE n then they will monitor ya progress.. rite? for my case, my theraphist act as if shes my doctor, ask mi do tests to see the strength of my knee etc etc den after 15mins, im DONE.

its lk. WTH can. no exercises done juz purely some simple illogical tests n qns den when she ask mi if gt anything to ask, i did & she sae lets nt work on tt prob for now. er... THANKS ah. shes really been a 'great help' haha. its juz so stunnin to mi. first time went to see her oso same ting so i tot okie nvm. mostly first times are lk tis. yet the 2nd time ish oso the same. wonder izzit im seein her on my 11B so she wanna save government money? lol watever. crappp.

finally adaptin to my new workin hrs. was terrible after the 2nd n 3rd time workin tt 24hrs shift. =) oo! & the BIG DAY ish comin.. whahaha!

lol. as the title goes.. im pretty hyper rite now.. did my 2nd 24hrs shift ytd.. so basically last week i work 8-5 on mon & tues, 1300-0800hrs on wed ( for those who don uds, meanin i start work from 1pm on wed till 8pm thurs ) tt was my under-trainin shift, thurs rest, fri 24hrs agn, sat rest, sun 24hrs agn.. haha

by default, my shift ish 24hrs den rest 2 daes but my collegue nid to change shift w mi so tts y i workin 24 hrs after onli a dae of rest =) pretty shag thou nth much to do. workplace air-con isnt for humans coz its too damn cold & viruse spreads v fast whenever sumone gt sick.

& yes. im still in ns n 24hrs shift ish my workin hrs =)

anws i wanna share w u all the joy of fish shop " window shoppin" tt i alwaes enjoy. haha donnoe izzit the fish or mi but i can alwaes stand for at least an hr in a fish shop n keep on circulating ard tt small area & nv gt bored! *u noe local fish shops usu arent tt big* so yups. i can stare at the fishes & tots will keep runnin thru my mind.. haha & recently im attached to c328 (clementi blk 328) fish shops! coz they sell all sorts of fishes esp the plecos *sorrie if i spell wrongly* lol they are actually sucker fishes but they can grow till v big & their colours are v beautiful! but of coz they don come cheap.. small ones are alr 30+ dollars plus u nid a big tank to accomodate them so yups.. haha

oo ya! c328 shops oso carry quite a variety of crayfishes at times & im damn tempted to buy but no no. haha. im gonna to keep small shrimps instead coz! they wun eat awae my other fishes in my tank as compare to crayfishes n they wun destory all my plants =) but CRS *crystal red shrimp* comes in diff grade. grade C is the cheapest but to a beginner lk mi i don mind startin w those. & of coz there are super ex ones lk fifty to a hundred dollars for a tiny shrimp if im nt wrong. super tiny they are n they wun grow till any bigger. haha but their colours are nice if u noe how to appreciated.

yups im gonna start on tt bit by bit but coz i gt limited funds so i can onli start pretty slowly.. gt to settle my darlin's present. gt my casual shoes. gt new clothes. alot alot. lol.

heys guys =) im finally out! the 15 daes in camp.. well startin's bad.. esp the first 3 daes nth much for us to do = lots of time to miss gf miss home miss everythin.. my CSM ( company seg major ) still sae tt we are lucky enough to be the onli company (aka building ) in tekong to gt seaview but across tt sea.. its our mainland & the worst's we can actually see Changi Airport Tower! haiz. for the first dae there, i even wanted to jump into the sea n swim back.. lol im serious.. but slowly noe frens talk cock w them.. plus we finally gt things to do so its kinda lk better slowly but it still sucks when u see pple book out durin our confinement week..

Oops! i forgt to tell u all tt im in Ulysses Company platoon 4 bed 12 =) & i stay on the 5th lvl =x lol so everything minimum nid to climb a total of 30 storeys a dae.. but nope i nv grew thinner YET coz everydae got 4 meals - breakfast , lunch , dinner & night snack.. whahah but after tis 2 weeks confinement no more night snack..

pple there w c9 status consists of lots of health probs - lower limb injury, upper limb, skin probs, organs, high blood pressure etc etc but guess some are copin well ba * i hope*

being back home.. i feel a sense of lost.

bro... as cousins for the 20 yrs, i nv knew u are called clifton. i nv knew u signed on as a pilot. i nv knew u were such a wonderful person in TP. i nv knew all these things till the dae at your wake. we were nv close cousins to start off with.. mayb when young, we hardly see each other causin us to miss all the bondin sessions we supposed to haf.. yet. i am still sadden by ur loss..

i din noe u were so handsome till i saw ur grad foto w ya fren.. u were truly dashin.. thru you, i found out tt many of my frens were urs too & some were close frens of urs.. world's seriously small.. i am truly touched by: the fact tt u had an impact on so many pple in ur 21 yrs of life.. : the fact tt u died while pursuin sth u alwaes wanted. u did the lam family proud, 2LT. you did.

MRI ( Magnetic Resonance Imaging ) Report

Here's my report for my again twisted right knee :

There was been a prior complete tear at the femoral attachment of the right anterior cruciate ligament, with a gap of approximately 1.5cm. The remnant inferior portion of the ligament has an abnormal horizontal orientation, and shows attenuation as well.

There is minimal degree of soft tissue oedema surrounding the femoral attachment of the right medial collateral ligament. The medial collateral ligament itself remains intact with no discrete tear or thickening.

No tear is noted within the right posterior cruciate ligament and lateral collateral ligament. No strain or injury to the infrapatellar tendon as well as the insertion of the right popliteus tendon is noted.

Both the right medial and lateral menisci demonstrate normal triangular configuration and signal void, with no evidence of tear. The posterior horn tibial attachment of the right medial meniscus remains intact. No displaced flap or free fragment is seen, no meniscal cyst formation is noted.

There is a focal bone marrow oedema pattern present on the anterior aspect weightbearing portion of the right lateral femoral condyle, with slight thinning of the overlying articular cartilage and depression of the cortical surface. Opposing bone marrow oedema pattern is noted in the posterior medial and posterior lateral aspects of the right tibial plateau as well. No discrete fractur line is noted. No other focus of bone marrow oedema pattern is seen in the distal right femur, proximal right tibial and fibula and the right patella. No lateral tilt or subluxation of the right patella is seen.

There is a small effusion demonstrated within the right knee joint. The articular cartilage over the posterior surface of the patella, opposing femoral trochlea, medial femoral condyle and medial and lateral tibial plateaus are relatively preserved. Only slight thinning of the articular cartilage over the anterior portion of the right lateral femoral condyle is noted.

Summary of Findings:

Complete prior tear and avulsion of the femoral attachment of the right anterior cruciate ligament, with only a thin remnant of ligament noted at the inferior aspect.
Minimal degree of strain without discrete tear in the femoral attachment of the right medial collateral ligament.
Recent episode of tibial translation with impaction injury and underlying bone marrow oedema pattern in the anterior aspect weightbearing portion of the right lateral femoral condyle and posterior aspect of the right tibial plateau. This is consistent with ACL deficiency.
Small effusion in the right knee joint. No cartilaginous injury or defect is seen.
No meniscal tear is demonstrated in the right knee.

well, i gt no idea what the total report means but i noe my ACL's still gone. *duh* my other precious ligaments are still v happy in their respective positions which is a good thing for mi =D juz a lil strain on my MCL tts all.. so guess i'll wait till army to op ba =)

well.. after many weeks of borin weekends i finally enjoyed myself these 3 daes w my family.. haha.. my dad out of nowhere rented a car from fri to mon after.. so after i finish work on fri nite.. he drove us to the old katong police station to eat... its nw changed into a 24 hrs eatery place.. no service charge so its kinda worth it.. hehe... im the onli one who eats so i had fresh shrimp noodles n guo tei... guo tei ish sth lk dumplin but its skin is harder coz its pan-fried.. =) nt bad.. after tt we went home...

sat mornin woke up at 9am? damn early la.. mayb my body clock alr used to wakin up tis early.. i had prata which my mom bought.. after tt went to take passport size photo , supposedly for my sundae's interview... & bought my granny's lunch... bathed den went to meet dearie.. she unhappy coz she din wanna go bishan w mi to make my contacts... i knew tt.. den while queuin up to cash in my cash cheque... i sorted out my plans.. den realised i don nid to go bishan first coz my mom's there plus dearie onli able to go out till 4... so we went to catch SECRET... its nice... im totally into the show.. haha... i enjoyed it so much oso coz i watched it w dearie... haas.. v long nv watch romance show w her alr =) after which we had FISH & CO... its nice =) but i gt slight sore throat... but i heck care... haha... after sendin her home.. i went to bishan to make contacts den met up w my parents... =) went ktv... haha... tts when i sang till i gt real sore throat... after which i went jalan kayu to haf PRATA ok! kenneth & fiq stop saein im noob.. lol... its my first time thou.. haha... *ken juz commented its small n ex but nt i pay.. so who cares =D

sundae's the DAY... i woke up w my throat hurtin so much tt my ears gt affected as well... i tot i haf to rush to the doc.. but mom saes sundae is those amateur docs den tell mi to bear w it till tml which is mon.. so i took so antibiotics den had lots of water thru out the dae... felt much better in the afternoon... evenin after sis's tutition.. we went out.. went to buy flowers, went temple & sentosa... dad drove into the Sentosa Cove which the condos n private estates are bulidin... its drop dead gorgeous.. haha... u gt to see posh cars w nice houses.. haha... nice~ =D
after which we went to catch musical fountain- SONGS OF THE SEA... $6 per ticket.. ard 25 mins... its nice.. plus gt fireworks at the end... its certainly worth the money... haha... we rushed back to our car den drove to kallang airport den i had porridge... haha..

everythins nice haha... i enjoyed myself tis weekend.. hope next time i gt take dearie along... hehe... hugs!

last fri work sux... buyna ( my snr staff ) was practically scoldin mi thru-out the nite.. lk i too slow la.. din inform others of the changes & orders... laze ard whenever possible.. hello u bitch.. listen up.. i study 5 daes worked 3 nites reach home everytime past 1am & its the last dae of sch... wun i feel tt lil bit tired? damn u.. i admit im slow coz i juz came back from 2 mths MC den u expect mi to be ya speed after bein back for onli 5 daes of work? be realistic la.. but anw thanks for "tellin" mi as u tot it'd be my own gd.. thanks.

juz nw called over to tell them to leave some food for my dinner.. juz nice she picks up den sound att. haas.. cant believe i tot u are nice all along... been considerin lookin for other jobs nearer to my place coz UE Square's far wae too far.. only reason i applied for it is coz tt holi i din wanna waste time lookin for other jobs & coz of the promise of increasin the pay to either 5.50 or 6 bucks after 3 mths.. but well nw when the time comes they claimed they still nid to observe mi b4 they increase.. wat a joke.. such big cooperation w 900 outlets in japan cant even raise a part-timer's pay by a dollar.. last fri's net sales' $9000 plus can.. idiot.. so much.. but no matter how unhappy i'm.. i'll still continue workin w the correct att. coz its still my responsibility after all.. thanks for listenin out..

i had a dream last nite..

i dreamt of mi watchin others while they train... watchin mr teo shoutin at the top of his lungs at them... i feel so empty so helpless.. no one's noticin my presence.. no one's givin a damn abt me..

i still feel the emptiness now.. even after i woke up.. tis void has nv been completely filled ever since i gt myself injured nt once but twice due to soccer.. i din cherish the time i had durin sec sch.. alwaes bein an ignorant kid.. nv realise how diff its to recover from an injury n pick myself up agn..

i had a second chance when i entered poly.. lk i used to sae... attendin every trn for me is lk a kid gg TOY R' US... to me its so fun n happy.. i tot the void would be re-filled once agn... i thought.

sadly i gt injured agn at end of yr one... where my trn intensify after my body adapted to runnin competitively once more.. tis time its all over for me.. i torn my ACL.. a ligament inside my knee.. i could haf gone for the op.. i could haf strongly oppose to my dad's decision of nt gg for it.. i could haf... but i din... i juz fought for a while den gave in..

ever since then... i fall into a slump... which sums up the way im rite nw.. i wonder if i ever would pick myself up for the wae im has been a norm for the past 20 mths? hmms.

well.. i worked on sat.. its slacked but i still feel the tiredness somehow.. mayb coz i stopped workin for v long le... but everythings fine n well... was a cold dae... rainin heavily... nt alot of customers but surprisingly the sales still hit $1000 & more... mayb its due to the increase in price n the GST etc... killer taxes =x went over to jayne's place... journey's fast.. took only 45mins from UE Square to Tamp... whahaha... looked forward to play but when i reach.. first ting they sae is tt gerald alr lost 12 bucks... im lk.. hell noooooo =x u all play money? damn! so i don play... prefer to stick to my no-money-playin game just yet... so i juz watched... haha... in the end stupid / sway gerald lost 29 bucks in total... WAH! lol

ytd was damn funny... sumhow sumone came into the CU n sae theres free apples at library.. faizal himself took 5 at one go... its serious.. his stomach is nth more than a pitless hole... lol.. 5 apples at one go.. tts lk wah lao... i officially crown him the APPLE-EATING CHAMPION =) my goodness... haha... den i oso go take w celia, mas etc... den i super pai seh la coz they gif mi plastic bag to fill the apples with.. lol... so mas went up to ask for it... superb man.. haha.. in the end i carried a plastic bag full of apples back into CU... haha! some took den when gg home.. i took the remainin ones for my mom... lol nt cheapskate k... juz savin money... haas...

went home n watch DEAL OR NO DEAL den LIFE IN THE UNDERGROWTH... both v nice shows... esp the documentary... super nice.. see how insects reproduce in other insects nest like at the ant's... other insects' eggs woud gif off smell lk ants larvae makin the ants tot tt eggs theirs to look after thou appearance. colour n size differs totally..

well.. i started off my dae nt so smoothly coz my circuit cant work n we brainstormed for hours.. came up w lots of possible prob... decorder is spoilt, encorder nt wokin porperly, code applies onli for a pair of leds while we tryin to connect 4? etc... had a quick lunch in CU alone while tinkin... after tt went down to haf coffee while kenneth takes his lunch... decided to go sim lim after tt w fiq only coz kenneth nid to go out to hospital.. family prob. came up... saw fiq den he din wanna go over.. sae at most tml he go alone.. den i gt slightly pissed coz its jz rainin den he lk don wanna go to gt new components.. so nvm... he went lunch w yana while i tok to faizal on our prob... he test here n there... tried methods we din use before.. & a while ltr... everything WORKS! haha... prob lies in the lackin of resistor for the output leds... thanks bro.. really owe u one =) after tt we slack agn... as usual.. haha

i juz tried my first murtabak in my 19 years of life and its at Singapore Zam Zam Restaurant =) According to ieatishootipost.blogspot & fiq, it sells the best murtabak in singapore & i muz sae it really tastes great.. well, its more on the chewy side & theres a generous chunks of chicken meat... Kenneth was really lookin forward for his chicken murtabak.. he keeps on stiring the curry & simply couldnt sit still... Fiq claims tt havin bones inside the murtabak is a sign of generous amount of chicken meat which he comes to the comclusion tt Zam Zam serves the best murtabak... haha..

Zam Zam's murtabak is pretty big & tgt with lots of ingredients in it, its better to share between ya frens... i felt sinful n regret after eating coz im super full after tt & also its still nt so healthy to eat after all.. haha.. Zam Zam Restaurant is located at 679,699 North Bridge Road 62987011 , opens from 8am to 11pm daily... =)

gOsh.. i managed to survived the constant bombarded of lab tests, quiz n assignment =s was a tough first 3 daes of the week.. finally its over n im so glad.. leaft w MCT proj den im free.. haha... =) todae had lab test n acc. class test..

the mornin lab test is simply lk a prac. lab coz whole class practically ask alot of qns to the cher n TO THE ONE BESIDE, BEHIND THEM... haha.. cher lk gif us hints n hints.. make mi so worried n studied so hard for the test last nite.. lol..

lunch w missie.. was well =) glads* went library to slack before usin the final 45mins to study acc ( revised i muz sae) haas.. test was alright.. crossing fingers* slightly harder than expected.. but well.. i make enough preparations.. haha.. after tt went for first aid crash course.. a short 2hr 30 mins.. tot was bored.. indeed it was but well.. mi, zal n siddique make nonsense jokes on the tings we learnin.. haha.. keep tokin abt zal's lazy eye.. haha.. zal gt so hooked up when he saw a panty linear look-alike bandage... hahaa.. idiot.

well.. its been a few daes since i blog.. been busi =) caught the first leg finals of the ASEAN FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP.. its nice =) really happy to be back there simple coz i had lots of fond memories there.. my combined sports dae were held there so ish the nat. track meet durin my lower sec sch daes =) plus its the last match b4 the long-awaited tear down of the nat stadium... hmms.

the atmosphere was good.. see a sea of reds.. n havin so many pple singing the nat anthem other than during sch's flag raising ceremony, the feelin's utterly great... when the game finally started, the whole stadium starts to warmin up on their hostile behaviour towards the oppo fans, the thais... of coz i joined in the "fun" every nw n then esp when the opponents play really rough.. but the funny side ish the chinese boys seated behind us.. i guess they are NS boys? they are damn chinna.. *no offence* they are oso obviously Lionel Lewis's fans coz they keep shoutin: " Lionel, JIA YOU! " lolx =D in addition to tt, they shorten Noh Alam Shah's name to simply- AH LAM... gosh* haha.. plus whenever daniel or farudin touches the ball, they would go : " Ang Moh SHUI ah!!! " HAHA! its nt once or twice.. its THRU OUT the match! haha.. and when a thai oppo wears a bandage ard his head for the collision, they would lk : " hey bandage, gt brain damage ah? " & when its 2nd half, Lionel was on the other side of the field but they still keep on chantin " Lionel JIA YOU! well.. havin mct lab now? v exhasted.. turn in v late n din slp well oso.. earlier on was playin guitat at home when yadh called mi.. taught mi dream theater's Finally Free.. damn hard.. haas. well.. yadh took a week to learn the first part? i took few mins =) smart student n efficient teacher.. went home ard 12 plus.. wanted to call missie but well.. mayb shes too busy w her stuff...

wednesday whole dae was bad.. major proj supervisor, chua came to "tell" the cohort abt the "truth" behind y some pple get to start their MP earlier n so on.. zal, fiq n i were so sick of their excuses... coz the more they try to cover, the more loop holes they creating.. chua would come in n tell us ish all due to the complain letter send out by a stud.. if nt they are gonna hide it as if we wun noe at all.. come on la.. lk the chinese saying: paper cnt cover up fire.. some students startin their MP much earlier than us would be known sooner or ltr.. yesh, my GPA might nt be the top few ones.. but in terms of these selection, shdnt it be transparent n fair? wats so hard in conductin an interview n gif every interested student a fair chance? plus it comes from Dr ravi- sumone whom we tot we could depend on.. he oso tried to cover his arse after chua exposed him... keep saein he gt no choice but to obey his superior's order blah blah blah when he oso help in persuading students to join the final 2... its either they are a batch of idiots or they are treatin us lk idiots.. watever.. the feelin still sux thou i noe it long ago.. well.. sch starts at 1. wasnt late accordin to my watch but cher's in the lt by the time i reach there.. haas.. first hr lect damn long.. lk forever.. sch ended at 3 in fact 2.40pm.. haha. met up for org com stuff till 3.40.. suppose to train at 5 plus.. den zal tempt mi to eat.. which i did so i cant train.. failed myself yet agn =x suddenly zal sae wanna go cut hair nt coz both of our hair, one look lk wearin helmet( zal) the other look lk some bushes (mi) lol.. went across sch's FUSION HAIR to cut.. its my first time there.. its BAD =x luckily din ask them cut SISPEC hair style.. if nt sure die.. haha.. still gt time for my hair to grow back n re-cut so no worries =) slack w zal's gf n her frens at A1 bubble tea shop had some snack b4 takin lengthy bus ride home.. haas.. fell aslp in the bus where my head was lk swingin everywhere? pity those sittin beside mi.. dislike leanin my head on the side of the bus.. coz it vibrates & vibrate ALOT.. lolx feelin slightly nausea while on the bus.. gettin it so often these daes.. bus sick? mayb... lol

well.. missie told mi she's gonna be in sch to meet ravi at 7 juz nw.. i was lk WTH? luckily she meetin him w her other cliques.. so its still alright.. but when she din reply my msgs i start to gt worried agn la.. call her oso din ans.. at least she hang up my call so at least tt means shes busy n nt sth happen to her? =) hugs dearie* shes back home safe & sound nw.. thank god =)

well.. woke up juz in time for guitar lessons.. went there lk some sotong.. din practise den keep referin to the notes.. *note: im still a damn beginner.. so yups* haas.. spend the whole afternoon w missie.. actually shd be studyin but laziness gt the better of mi so whole afternoon wasted yet agn =x came home watched the endin of STARSHIP TROOPERS, my then fav movie.. den THE DANCE FLOOR.. seriously some pple go there to just sign up coz they see alot of pple signin up or simply the media is there coz they simply SUCKS.. im nt mean but they seriously go there w NOTHING.. they arent dancin juz merely walkin ard the stage & monkey-see-monkey-do.. -.-" but still there are some real good ones.. lookin forward to the new reality show thou i don lk SO U TINK U CAN DANCE.. haas

well.. its lk so damn boring todae? walked to sch for abt 45 mins.. thank god it started drizzling after i reach sch.. if nt? haha.. nth much at the open hse booth todae.. walked ard.. help tis n tt..
